2019-2020

During a pivotal year for Airbnb's brand evolution, I was brought on as a Creative Producer to help grow some of the company's newer marketing initiatives, such as local merchandising, in-product education, and experiences category launches.

​

 

I lead the creative process development for new merchandising programs, and paved the way for these programs to scale globally. To make this achievable, I kicked off a cross-functional effort to implement UI improvements to our internal CMS tools to make them self serve for local marketing managers, I created a 90-page creative production playbook that could be handed off to local teams, and I developed templates and pre-approved assets for local marketing managers to use in their campaigns. In addition to scaling the creative process for seasonal and locally relevant merch content, I also produced creative for a new How it Works page, and managed the development of new experiences category launches on Airbnb.com
